this is in zambo?! very nice. i've been around mindanao, but never on the western and north-western provinces. the stigma of war-torn areas and kidnapping news affects me....:(

@ walking in water: You will never go wrong when you include Zamboanga in your list... What a coincidence, Tawi-Tawi and Sulu are also my dream destinations now that i have been to Basilan :)

@ reena: yup, Paseo del Mar is a public park in Zamboanga City. Don't be afraid about the kidnapping news when you don't plan to venture the city outskirts.

pictures in zamboanga were taken using olympus 850 sw??? it looks ok with me.. i've heard that olympus is never great with photo quality compared to sony or canon but i'm after the waterproof thingy.. ahahahhahahahahah. i've been trying to find photos taken from this camera so thanks for the info. Hope to buy one during the second quarter. Ciao.

Hi Carl,
This is one of my favorite places in Zamboa. In the late afternoon, just about sunset, the place becomes enchanting and very romantic.hehehheheheh! When we left zambo, this place was still closed from the public. Good news that you had it seen and visited.Hope to see you again.
tc!
