I've never been to most airport in the Philippines, so I don't remember seeing one. But that surely would intimidate would-be-sex-tourist not to break Philippine laws...
hahaha... the last poster, i think the people playing lotto should see that.
Pedophiles ought to be scared of the first but the rest of regular foreign tourists might find the second picture alarming (though it would be a great story for them!)
